In 2008, Athletic Media Relations transferred programs for football and men’s basketball games of 1930-1997 from the Athletics Department to Special Collections.
The current exhibit in the Library lobby has reproductions of some of the football program covers.
Online research becomes 21st century in the Library's new database offerings: sure to be mega-hits are Opera in Video, Theatre in Video, and Dance in Video, provided through a generous TCU Vision in Action grant. These Alexander Street Press resources are works-in-progress which already offer hundreds of productions, available from anywhere to the TCU Community and to guests within the library building. Additional from-anywhere video titles are available through Films Media Group, and include Films for the Humanities and Sciences. These exciting online video options, plus others, join a medley of databases with streaming sound recordings. For your convenience, make the Music/Media Research Guide your first stop for the latest in online video, sound, and other resources, available from the "Music/Media Library" or "Subject Research Guides" links on the left menu at http://lib.tcu.edu.
